1. What we collect

Free and one-time conversions require no account and no personal data. For the Hosted plan we store your email address (to send receipts, sign-in links and service notifications) and your subscription state. Payments are processed entirely by PayPal — we never see your card or bank details.

2. Your files

Files you convert are stored temporarily and deleted automatically within 24 hours of conversion. Hosted videos are stored for as long as your subscription is active, plus a 30-day retention window after a pause or cancellation, after which they are permanently deleted.

3. Cookies and analytics

The public site uses no tracking cookies. We use Plausible, a cookieless analytics tool that collects aggregated, anonymous usage data. The dashboard uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in.

4. Abuse protection

To protect the service from abuse we keep a salted hash of the IP address that created a conversion job. The raw IP address is never stored.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or share personal data. Infrastructure providers (hosting, storage/CDN, email delivery, PayPal) process data only as needed to run the service.

6. Your rights

You can request a copy or deletion of your account data anytime: [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your email, subscription history and all hosted files.
